There is such a joke that in hell there are 10 boilers for post employees - only two are open ... The post office in Balice is a sensation in this matter. There is only one window but there is never a queue. Kindest lady chap always smiling always finds time to say a few nice words, greet family members. With the rest, the other lady - a postwoman from our post office is also an extremely pleasant person. Since I moved here I am simply delighted with the level of service our email offers. In Krakow, almost every visit was a stressful, time-consuming and unpleasant experience, here it is the opposite. I would recommend.
