Unfortunately, KULIG is one big misunderstanding. I bought shoes that have been impregnated according to the seller's verbal guidelines. The material of one of them reacted badly and made a stain. I lodged a complaint and a man from Kulig called me (it turned out to be a subcontractor dealing with complaints), of course, claiming that it was my fault. However, during the conversation, he admitted that impregnation is one big problem, the shop sells them to make a turn, and they get raw material (leather) for the production of shoes, which each party can react differently with impregnants and that they are unable to indicate a safe impregnation. Of course, when buying, I was informed in the store that the shoes need to be impregnated. After this conversation, I received a text message that the shoes will be tried for repair. When I came to pick them up, it turned out that the complaint was rejected. The best thing is that the second shoe, 100% new (I just put it on the scale to measure it before buying it), was mechanically damaged while considering the complaint. Unfortunately, the store's employee did not have sufficient competence to resolve the dispute over the damaged shoe claiming that he is only an intermediary and will not sign me anything (it was a handover protocol with an attached photo of a damaged shoe) and I would call the head office. Therefore, I sent a letter to "Centrala" calling for the protocol issue of the object of complaint. I will definitely not let it go and I will gladly share it with the continuation of this story.
