I am a former employee of this unfortunate place. Mobbing, exploitation, disrespect for employees is our daily bread. Work for the lowest national rate, no bonus available. Of course, at the job interview, everything is presented in superlatives, just to sign the contract. Very high turnover (employees usually last there a month, up to two), and is mainly caused by the behavior of the manager, Mrs. Marta M. The schedule is changed day by day for practically the whole month. One person works for several because, as I mentioned, the rotation is very high and people leave (there is no flexible working hours). Of course, this is not included in the monthly salary. During breaks, you cannot go outside of the store even to buy dinner. I advise against, do not recommend, avoid wide arc.

The Kazar factory store in which MANAGER Marta M ... Z ... .R. Yes, this is a well-known person, I think everyone already met her, she worked in Galeria Krakowska and I didn't like to come there either ... Now it's the worst salon that is kazar in a factory. MRS. Marta is not very nice to her clients, she can't cope with her job, a person like her shouldn't be a manager, only a cleaning lady ... Even though I don't even know if she could handle it, if she can't even know the salon properly clean up ... There is a lot of dust on the windows.

Kazar at factory outlet is really a store I don't like to go to. Thanks to the new Ms. Manager you will be losing customers this way, this lady is not very nice, I don't know anything, I associate this lady with the Krakow gallery and I don't remember her well. In this plant there is total chaos, terrible, no order on the regiments, I do not recommend this salon, I prefer to go somewhere further but I will never go back there and my friends will not change. We've been going there all our lives and it was nice and now, really, really refuses to go there. This Lady your Manager ....... (No Words) ...... ..... she can't even support young and learning girls, she doesn't give them a rare example, she leaves them alone with everything. Such behavior only indicates one that he does not know and in this way leaves these young girls to cope alone ...

Factory Outlet the worst salon I have ever seen, zero organization, fatal approach to the client and the manager Marta Mazur is a total disagreement, she can't deal with the employees , I do not understand how such a person can work as a manager. I will add to this her arrogant behavior and very uncultured delights. This lady should think about her behavior. I do not understand how this company can develop if it is zero involved on the part of the manager, he knows nothing, he cannot communicate with his employees.
