I advise against shopping in this store. I bought shoes for my daughter there, shoes like in other stores, but of much worse quality. After 5 months, the shoes became detached, the complaint was rejected. Complaints are not considered by the appraiser or the manufacturer, but by the seller in the store. No possibility to appeal to the manufacturer. Funny arguments of the seller about the use of shoes, according to him, shoes for everyday use should not be used on a daily basis, but should be framed to make them look nice. I buy shoes in various stores and I admit that I can complain about defects and there are no problems with it, but in this store you are only a good customer when buying, after this time you have a lot ... if you do not want to have problems with later use. shoes bought there, better not to buy. The store is not run by the SEZEER brand, but by some foreign company that effectively works to the detriment of this brand.

Today I wanted to buy shoes, I found the right one on sale, in a place with the last pairs. The seller ignored the sticker with a discount and tried to deceive me, instead of PLN 240 for a price list he demanded PLN 290. When I pointed this out, he stated that the price list did not look properly glued and that he did not recognize this discount. Absurd.

Shoes changeable after school after 3 months of use have crumbled, believe that the shoes are attention (!) USED improperly, i.e. they are worn. "Complaints on behalf of the company are considered by the seller" not the appraiser, he rejects and there is no possibility of appeal. Not nice, unprofessional service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

New Balance shoes rubbed around the toes after 3 months of use in both shoes (thin mesh which turned out to be of very poor quality) and the complaint was rejected. 250 zlotys down the drain.
