One star is way too much! Customer service at the lowest level. The purchased trekking shoes for PLN 300 were to be of great quality as I was assured. The next day, while hiking in the mountains, the soles of both shoes began to peel off. I would like to add that it was a dry, sunny day, so the quality of the shoes is terrible. The next day, I returned to the store to make a complaint about the defective goods. I was given a form to fill in and informed that the complaint would take up to 14 days to be processed and that someone would contact me the next day by 1 p.m. The next day, at 2 p.m. as I did not receive any calls, I went to the store. The store employee said that there was no information about my complaint and that I had to contact the person who deals with the complaint, but that person has just left. Mockery ... Salespeople avoided replies when I asked to contact the owners or the person responsible for considering the complaint. With such a glaring defect in the footwear, I expected a refund or replacement. Instead, the customer is expected to wait 14 days with no guarantee that anyone will contact him. Seeing the lack of commitment and professionalism, I decided to take my faulty shoes and save myself further problems. I recommend avoiding this store from afar !!!

I really do not recommend this shop, avoid this place from a distance I bought winter boots with the thought that they would attract even though the season and they started to crack everywhere on all sides, although they were sprayed with a specific from them which was not the cheapest, earlier they were cracking but after 2 months they were only suitable for bouncing is not even worth advertising There was no winter, and they were not durable anyway

Very poor quality of products. Insulation waterproof shoes have made of ..... plastic bag !!! If you are surprised by the wet weather in Zakopane, it is definitely cheaper to buy two bags in Biedronka and put them on your shoes than to buy any footwear in this pseudo-store of zero-quality Chinese.

We bought men's footwear in Zakopane, the next day the shoes turned out to be a sell-off because the metal eyelets went out when lacing, we were told that the complaint would be dealt with quickly, up to three days, by law I should receive a refund or repaired shoes up to two weeks ... to the phone number given on the stamp open. The lady was very unhappy that I was calling and bothering her at all ... in the end she said that she would see why the complaint was not examined yet and call back ... after 5 hours I call (probably 9 times) but you don't she has already received the phone ... instead an SMS from a different number came from the footwear was sent today ... I do not recommend this store ... shoes are Chinese
