I was very disappointed, I stood with my woman for half an hour so that the place would become available (only 4 people during the pandemic) and when one person left, saying that I would wait until another one left so that we could enter together, choose a gift, the lady called another person from the back. Failure - waste of time lack of professionalism. Embarrassment ...

Once again, the salon service failed all along the line. When choosing a bracelet when asked when the delivery of selected models can be expected, the answer is: "nobody buys such bracelets". To make it more interesting, the lady asked to choose the size did not know about the size scale of the given model (she had to look in the catalog), she chose the size so "brilliantly" that she was only wrong by 2 sizes. Suggesting to "help" I ordered online a bracelet measured in Tarnów salon and it turned out that it is definitely too big. Zero knowledge about the products sold, and on top of that, misleading people. It's just a MASSIVE.

Incompetent, downright rude service. Salespeople are completely unsuitable for selling products of this brand, and moreover, they are rude and unprofessional. A complete opposite in the personal culture of people working in shopping malls in Krakow or Rzeszów and a completely different approach to the client. The assortment is very defective compared to the authorized showrooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
