I highly recommend this company, in particular Mrs. Karolina Budzik, with whom I had the pleasure to cooperate. Mrs. Karolina not only found a client for a property that is difficult to sell, but also helped a lot in completing the formalities (certificates from various offices, etc.), in general - she did a lot of work despite the small commission due to the low value of the transaction. Very nice and very professional cooperation - I recommend it all the more because it is the second office in Grójec I have dealt with, after bad experiences with the first.

GTW Grójec office is definitely worth recommending. On the one hand, full professionalism, on the other hand, cooperation takes place in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. All formalities are dealt with at an express pace, and the employees provide a wide range of professional assistance. The entire property purchase process ran smoothly, all problems faced by the developer were dealt with on an ongoing basis by Ms Adriana. Care and advice from inspection to signing the act, and even later we used their help. I recommend one hundred percent!
