Tatrzańskie ZOO Zakopane - Bagno Shreka

A very nice place for a family outing with children. The animals are not afraid. They are eager to get a treat, so despite the exorbitant ticket price, it is worth buying food for them at the entrance. The llamas and the goats walking around can be petted. Goats without any resistance get to the handbags or backpacks carried with them. Rabbits run in all directions, sometimes they run for carrots, other times they run away from the excessive tenderness shown by visitors. Donkey and kangaroo are waiting patiently because they are locked up. There are wonderful Podhale dogs at the entrance.

A place with a great location, it can be liked because of the possibility of stroking and feeding animals: sheep, goats, rabbits, donkeys, etc. Food can be bought with tickets. However, it is very disturbing that the animals are in clearly poor condition. Some are very skinny with protruding bones. They seem very hungry. The rabbits are constantly squeezed, lifted by children, there is no place to hide from unwanted caresses. The owners are focused on earnings at the expense of the health and comfort of their pets !!!

If I could, I would have given more stars! Tame animals, not afraid to approach people, very curious and friendly. Kangaroos, coypu and even deer approached the fence by themselves when they saw a man. The possibility of entering rabbits, chickens and guinea pigs is an additional plus. You can feed them and pet them. Llamas and goats walk loose and greet anyone who enters the zoo gates in the hope of having a snack. The zoo is not big and there is not a large variety of species, but I think that contact with a friendly animal will give both children and adults a lot of pleasure :)

A trip to the zoo is a nice time with animals. My son was delighted and it was hard to get him out of there :) The animals are very friendly towards people and are happy to come for treats that can be bought for them at the entrance. I recommend :)

The place is attractive only for children because adults do not have anything to do there and the children themselves will not be there for long and the entrance price is definitely too high because PLN 25 per adult just to see a few animals is an exaggeration and the child will get bored after 20 minutes. A typical place to earn money, as most in Zakopane, which is a pity because it promised to be interesting.
