The service in this bank is worse than in the PRL at the post office. They make them serve you - especially ladies at the cash register. One cash desk lady (slim) systematically takes care of private matters and a queue for several people. While going there, reserve at least an hour for even the simplest activity. The director of this department should have gone out with a bang. No work organization whatsoever for some time. Ladies at checkout !!!! I emphasize in the cash register - they set up accounts (they probably have a commission from this) and those who want to deposit or choose a cash register wait an hour ... And sick fees for deposits to their own account! Avoid this bank a wide berth!

For a transfer of PLN 2000, a fee of PLN 28 for someone really after ....

Bank Pekao in Sulejówek is a mockery. Already for 2 months I am waiting for the payment card for the newly created account. Being in a different branch, I found out that the card can be easily picked up at your home (very nice lady from service was shocked that in Sulejówek did not tell me about it). When for the sixth time I wanted to settle the matter on the spot, the lady in the window did not even know the policy of sending cards and told me that the card in the branch can not be picked up, which indicates its complete incompetence. I definitely do not recommend. With this kind of service, I'm thinking about closing the account in this pathetic branch ...

Since 1997, we have been clients in this bank. We have always been pleasantly served by the ladies working there. Professional service, excellent contact. For two years, our guardian is Mrs. Monika Zarzycka who is przesympatyczna, everything will explain how it should help. Great gratitude to this lady for her approach to the client

I do not recommend this Bank, especially those who value their time. Even if the queue counts two people, waiting for the checkout takes from 30 minutes to an hour.
