In the event of renting the property, the tenant is charged the cost, which we only find out when we arrive. The owner of the house gives information about the alleged reservation, after which the Goma office re-issues the advertisement in olx, but no one informs us that we have not passed the "casting". For us, the adventure ended with great stress and a few lost days in the search for a home. We get the impression that for these people only money counts, they are polite only in the light of possible earnings, otherwise they "forget" to inform you that you are removed from the booking queue. We definitely don't recommend it.
