Eko - Pralnia Laguna

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I gave the gown to the wash. The lady accepting the dresses said that the price would be 120, maximum 180 PLN. After a week, I picked up my dresses. It was uncleaned in two places. I showed it to the laundry lady, but she pretended not to see and asked me with a smile what I meant. Not only was the dress still dirty, the price was increased to 200 PLN. The laundry lady was VERY rude and abusive. In front of other clients, she told me lies and that everything was fine. She graciously said she could take the gowns on complaint. After washing again, I was supposed to pick up the dress on August 27 - that is, after two weeks. Today (August 20) I was next door, I entered the laundry room and it turned out that my dress was already there. The lady reproachfully gave me PLN 20 and said that after the complaint, the price was lowered. Unfortunately, there was no re-washing. The dress, as it was poorly polished, remained so. The badge with the number was from the first donation of the dress, with the date of the first collection on August 13. The foil the dress was in was torn at the bottom. She was tense when she was first picked up. But for this I got a note saying that the laundry is very sorry, but they used all possible means to wash my dress, but unfortunately they failed. Also, I heartily DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Service at a very low level. Unfortunately, this discourages from using the company's services again. As in the opinion below, the lady with great grace agreed to accept the clothes half an hour before closing the premises. Everyone has a bad day, but it was not the first time when the lady serving was very unprofessional and unpleasant. There are many such opinions here, so it may be worth considering raising the standards of service.

I gave you my jacket in May to refresh, I ended up completely destroying it. The jacket was picked up and due to the fact that it is a winter model not checked after receipt. Here's what you did with a two-piece jacket worth 500 zlotys, which I had only for the first season ... I advise against using this "professional company" services ... have not suffered such damage do not hand them over to this company. I also regret that I did not pay attention to it earlier because I would draw the consequences in the place.

The dress I gave to washing was damaged. It concludes that has been laundered at too high a temperature for at tulle lost its original appearance. I do not recommend and advise against using this laundry service!

I advise against using the Laguna laundry services. I gave away a bright leather jacket with several spots. The spots have actually disappeared, but I received a jacket dyed in a dark color with stains left in some places. Thank you very much for the destruction of the skin. I'm just missing the fact that I had to wait longer for the jacket than was announced.
