Total failure and lack of professionalism. I opened an account via the Internet and went to the branch to confirm the data. The Lord scanned my ID and I think he finished his activities. The account was inactive all the time. After repeated phone calls to the hotline, I learned that my details were not confirmed in the branch and the account was closed. The bank's helpline is also a failure, nobody knows anything, they only munch on the responsibility between the bank and the helpline. I do not recommend.

You come to point 9 to find out that the bank is open, however, from 9:30 and not from 9 as it is written on Google.
