Total failure and lack of professionalism. I opened an account online and went to the branch to confirm my data. The lady scanned my ID and seemed to have finished her activities. The account was inactive all the time. After multiple calls to the hotline, I found out that my data had not been confirmed in the branch and the account was closed. The hotline of this bank is also a failure, no one knows anything, they only move through the responsibility between the bank and the hotline. I do not recommend.
