I recommend the travel agency Trav, both Mrs. Diana and Inga, full professionalism, very good contact. We flew to Greece and we had to download the codes after midnight, Ms. Inga was on the phone in case of difficulties with downloading the codes. Ladies nice, great contact.

The worst office in the area. Mrs. Inga does not politely hang up the conversation when she lacks arguments. Zero professionalism. At the time of canceling the trip, she did not deign to inform about the necessity to terminate the additional insurance contract. I send you back to the insurer, who says that the premium was paid in the office and that I should get a refund there. He doesn't even try to help with the matter, he also says that he works for free for 5 months (who cares), Nowhere before have I met such a non-competent person
