The company I run encountered problems with an unreliable contractor. The law firm of Mrs. Iwona Jakubowska represents the Company in enforcement proceedings against the debtor. In the course of the execution it turned out that the debtor transferred his share to his wife in real estate to get rid of the property. The law firm brought a lawsuit against the debtor's wife in the case of the so-called actio pauliana. Despite the unfavorable judgment of the District Court in Toruń, the Law Firm continued to fight for our case and thanks to her work the situation changed by 180 degrees - On July 30, 2020, the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk issued a judgment in which it changed the appealed judgment of the District Court and allowed the claim in its entirety.
