This is a general assessment, lack of supervision by the institutions located in the building, i.e. I think that there should be a person on duty appointed by the Starosty, UW, because the entire burden of actual service after entering the facility falls on the Security employee, customers often deceive that they have an appointment I feel sorry for the security because it is hard even to leave and use the toilet physically alone.

Mr. Gargamel, I witnessed your conversation at the Communication Department. The opinion should be reliable. You should not be offended by the fact that you were noticed for the lack of a mask (at a time when we have so many cases in our poviat). You were the only person in the corridor without a mask (and there were a lot of people in the line). We support the behavior of people who care about the health of others. I am grateful to this Lady that she had enough courage to point out to you. By the way, please do not say that you have asthma or respiratory failure. I am a sick person, and despite this, when entering the office, I put on a mask. I am a regular visitor to this Faculty and I admire the people working in it for their patience, persistence and competence. If you want to be respected, respect others!

Officials perfidiously break constitutional law, criminal law, basic human rights, and discriminate.

Incompetent, mean, unpleasant clerks in room number C howl at people who have stood in the queue for a very long time and finally try to settle their case. Settling any matter in this office with such officials is a real CATASTROFA!

A real nightmare. A matter that should be dealt with in 5-10 minutes sometimes 3 days !!! The staff of the communications department were terribly unpleasant, as if sitting there as a punishment. Young people who consider themselves great lords officials. And the quintessence of everything is the emblem overgrown with greenery at the entrance to the building.
