Dr Oscar Gomes doesn't have the decency to arrive for his appointments, twice in a row, the second time he was more than 90 minutes away from his office. If you can't trust someone to be professional and reliable enough to arrive for a consultation on time and how can you trust him to perform any medical procedures? I have made a formal complaint.
