Centro de Interpretação das Linhas de Torres Vedras

A nice small centre which gives a good feel for the period of history which produced the fortifications. The film was a bit too much for our 5 year old so people with young children be warned that it might not be for them. Very reasonable price and some interesting cartoons from the time. There is not much else here and no dedicated car parking that we could find. Worth a visit if you are passing, but not much more than 45 minutes or so.

Insteresting and informative little space. It is a quick 30 minutes visit totally worth your time

With simple features, this building portrays well the superiority of the Portugal - England alliance in the peninsular war led by Wellington counts the Napoleon troops. Good film available which gave a Portuguese perspective on the battles.

Uma coisa é a realidade, outra a que por aí dizem. Nada como tomar contacto (com c antes do t..) com o sacrifício e história das populações resistentes às invasões, direta e indiretamente.
