AVOID THAT PLACE. The owner wanted to rip me off. I had a voucher for 3 massages that was a prepaid gift from my boyfriend for Christmas. Before pandemic I was able to use 2 massages. I signed up for the last massage last week. I wanted to use the voucher and the owner said that relaxation massgage with the current massage therapist that is working for her is more expensive and I need to pay additionally (the voucher was for the service and not for the specific amount of money!!!!) and that the voucher was supposed to be used in 3 months (no such information on the voucher and additionally COVID situation-the place was closed during pandemic for months). The owner was trying to get any money from me in a very arrogant way. Very unpleasant experience. I refused to pay anything and the owner was very rude to me literally wanting me to leave the place. Some months ago I aslo had a situation there when I bought a face treatment and I was told that it includes a facial cleaning and when the service was performed (by the owner-Ceu) the facial cleaning was not included and the treatment for 60 euro (!!!!!!) was just a dissapointment and waste of money. If not the gift from my boyfriend I would never go there after this experience. Overpriced place and the owner was arrogant and not honest to me. Go to other places in Sao Bras, there are really nice beauty salons with amazing atmosphere.
