Great staff and always do a great job

BAD EXPERIENCE - very uneven haircut - messy separations done with a clip instead of a comb - haircut not for my type of hair - hairdresser needs courses to learn - no consultation before haircut - hairdresser doesn't know my hair and goes straight to washing hair, no conversation before, no checking my hair type - should leave at this point - at the end of the service I was unhappy and said that to the hairdresser but got information that it's supposed to be that way - no client friendly approach - after 2 days I came back to place complaint - hairdresser said that she can retouch but I have to pay for washing and drying my hair on top of what I already paid (without retouch it's impossible!) - very arrogant AVIOD this place

Espaço confortavel, atendemento excelente, super proficionais e simpaticas. Já ha muito tempo que andava a procura de bons cabelereiros, todo mês ia em um salão diferente a procura de alguem que acertasse o meu corte de cabelo, yma vez que meu cabelo tem varias deformidades. E já alguns meses que comecei a corta cabelo na NN Beauty Studio, e gostei do corte e tanto uma quanto a outra acertaram no corte. Indico o trabalho delas, são realmente boas naquilo que fazem. Esse levei meu filho e ele tambem gostou do corte. Elas são o maximo!
