Shambolic. The excuse that they have used for non-delivery is that they need further address information. They have my full address. They also have the map co-ordinates of my property and my mobile number. The fact is that Royal Mail has subcontracted mail delivery in Portugal to GLS which has, in turn, subcontracted delivery to Log24. Clearly, no-one wants to deliver to Alamo... It is easier to make a random excuse and send the package back to the UK.

Disgusting! Unprofessional. I suggest everyone reading this must petition the seller you are using to boycott this excuse for a delivery service. It's the only way to get them out of business.

The most disgusting service I have ever seen no delivery no Estoi depot no loule depot all shut it's like a secret society. Found another depot Log24 telheiro Will try and find that upto now must have travelled 250 kilometres cheaper to fly to England and pick it up Parcel arrived in Portugal 4 May now it's the 17 May.

Same as everyone else. Said it couldn't be delivered as incomplete address - not true, went to GLS Loulé to find it boarded up. Eventually got a phone call to the GLS Lisbon number answered (3x30 minutes), they told me to search log24 on google maps and go there. It seemed like re purposed farm buildings, parcels and packages strewn everywhere. I don't think they even try to deliver any of them. No sign of any delivery vehicles loading or unloading. It looks like a fraudulent operation!

i used a satnav app on my phone and it got me to gls agencia depot sitio da telheira and i was able to collect my packages.....gls loule is closed forever.....prepare for a bit of a drive in the countryside but not to far...think the app was linked to google maps....cheers google
