OK so I got the same issues as everyone else. They seem to have just started off so give it some time. I went there personally to pick up my Amazon package. Terrible service! To my address, that is my house; invoices, receipts, packages, and whatever gets sent there! I have a delay of days for a package that I needed at Christmas. It says the address is wrong, I re-manage the shipment and everything returns to the same. They have my number and my email but they are unable to contact me. I try to call or go to headquarters! The numbers do not respond and the headquarters of them is unfinished, I have no way to make a claim in the book. A company joke and my package that ???

They do not have a telephone service, only a machine! I gave them the correct address where many shipments arrive, but they say it is incorrect. They do not give the option of claiming, they do not have anyone to attend. A terrible service, not to say null, and nonexistent! the worst shipping agency I have ever seen !!
