Yoga & Pilates Algarve

Victoria is a fantastic instructor and a lovely lady. I’m very much looking forward to more classes and also not paying an exorbitant amount per class as can happen around Loule area.

I have been looking for a long time to find a studio that offers so much. Victoria is a dedicated teacher who manages to make each class different and challenging. Her group mat classes are great but I was lucky enough to be in the Algarve when her reformer arrived and able to do some one on one lessons and also duets. Quite demanding but very enjoyable and Victoria always keeps a watchful eye and tailors the class to ability. really special

The reformer Pilates class I attend with Victoria has been a great addition to my exercise routine. It’s a great way to strengthen and tone and I love the mobility exercises. Victoria is an excellent teacher and really focuses on your individual needs. I would highly recommend .

I can't recommend Pilates with Victoria enough! She is such a wonderful and caring instructor, who knows how to deal with my injuries and help me progress in both strength and mobility. I do the duet reformer pilates and I am challenged every week with new and varied exercises and equipment, and leave the studio feeling fantastic. I just wish I had the time to go more often!

I highly recommend these Pilates classes. I can see my strength and balance improving each week. Victoria is a great teacher, the best I’ve found in the Algarve.
