Very helpful, but also very busy, a little persistent was needed to get a budget for driveway and garden gates.

Very poor service from this company - had three appointments, waited 3 then 4 and finally 5 hours for them to repair the warehouse door - never turned up once (I called, occasionally they answered, apologised and said they would turn up, stuck on another job, never did !!). I then went to their office, gave them a key unbelievably still they did not bother, despite repeated pleas for their assistance :(. I cannot comment on their work, never received any, but if you purchased something and expect help when it goes wrong, possibly look elsewhere first. Maybe they are just a poor business, or its the fact I am English? I think they are just very poor.

Tinha proucurado ajuda para uma reparação noutro local onde me disseram que só davam assistência ás obras efetuadas por eles,aqui na Tecnimetal nem me perguntaram se a obra foi deles ou não.
