LIFT FITNESS LAGOS

Best gym in Lagos and probably in the Algarve - there are only a few this good even in Lisbon. Great range of equipment spread across 3 rooms, friendly staff and well priced. If you are in Lagos don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

Gym is very good for Portugal, but the stuff is bit unfriendly and inflexible. My small gym bag where I carry my water, towel and mobile was not allowed to take in so I had to leave the gym. I could understand if it were the big gym bag with clothes and all that gear. I think the stuff just misunderstood the rules, cause this happened in 20 years the first time to me.

Excellent weight room, pool, sauna and steam room. My girilfriend and I were only in Lagos for 2 weeks and got an intial 5 hour pass for €22.5.

Such a fantastic gym with all the equipment that you need. The only downside is that they don't have a proper squat rack. Just been fully renovated.

Good gym to train on vacation. There are free weights as well as machines. It is very clean, which is not normal abroad from my own experience. So far everything is available even if the machines can be operated differently than in Germany and the resistance is very strong for little weight. The only thing I missed is the typical tower where you can do dips.
