Terible and horible back up service. Vehicle only 1 year old and still quarantee. No back up vehicle so I had to make my own arrangements for another vehicle and no stock of parts. Have to wait almost a week to get spares from Lisbon. Very upset. Will never buy or recomend a VW again...

They nearly destroyed my engine on a simple service! They forgot to attach the oil filter, all the oil came out, and I was far away when all warnings went off! I then tried to call 5 times without getting through so had to call a different mechanic and get a rental car! When I went back to them they said that I should have brought it to them and now their was no proof it was their fault! Complete lack of human decency and terrible mechanics!!! Cost me €300 on top of the €280 for the service and they aren't giving me a penny back! Outrageous!!!!

Very slowly service

Was there today for inspection. Good and high quality work. Also look at things that are not in the scheme. Prices okay. Only for VWs there was only one lady who had to take care of the acceptance, control, handover, invoicing and payment. Very warm and friendly - but another employee to support would be nice.
