Purchased a bikini from the store for €48 only for it to break after one use (the underwire poked through the join and came out) took it back into the store in its original packaging with the receipt 3 days after purchase and the store assistant told me to come back tomorrow, I explained that we flew out tomorrow morning and she then suggested I leave it and come back in 2 hours and someone would sew it up! I explained that for €48 it was ridiculously bad quality and I wanted a refund. Assistant phoned the manager and then told me I'd have to come back in 2 maybe 3 hours and speak to the manager about it, I questioned why as the item was clearly unfit for use and explained I would even accept an exchange but she was adamant I needed to speak to a manager. She then just looked at me blankly until I left the shop. Ridiculously bad customer service, and very poor quality clothes.
