Castle of Alvor

Nice small town plenty of Irish and English bars. Of nearly no interest for the rest of the world

Beautiful fortifications sometimes obscured by commercial buildings need to make more of them not hide them behind tat

There is not much left of the castle, what is, is in good condition and the surrounding town is awesome

Alvor is such a great place to visit, the old town is really going back in time, fabulous and locally caught fish, normally that day!

Pleasant area to sit and have a coffee while the sea serves as landscape. Great area for families. Also good space to walk dogs.
