I'll start with a positive note: the location and the views are very good. Everything else about this hotel is just disappointing. From having to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready, A/C not useful because it smells horrible, having a corridor window cracked open which made extremely loud sound at night to being able to listen to everything single word and movement of any of our neighbours... Finally, the price, I feel like I've been robbed. Extremely overpriced for its quality.

We chose this hotel due to its location - as it is close to a beach and Altura. The hotel itself has seen better days, yet inside is better than outside. We paid for a bigger room, so the space wasn't a problem. The bathroom was outdated, the balcony was quite small but it had nice view in the evenings. Staff are aloof, especially at the reception. Going for breakfast was an mission. People always queuing and waiting time to order something to eat, took forever. Unfortunately, we had to pay for our stay at check in - very unusual, otherwise we would check ourselves out the following day. We were told, the hotel is not fully booked, but at breakfast time and pool area seemed pretty busy and staff were not able to handle it. I wonder what they would do, if the hotel was fully booked. We are not planning to come back, especially while Covid 19 is around. The management cant clearly handle it. Their sister hotel Ozadi is much better.

Amazing place. Perfect location. Great service and staff.
