Really good little supermarket where you can find a good range of quality products and friendly, helpful staff. Great value and most of the staff speak a good level of English which is also helpful!

I like the Algartahos supermarket in Manta Rota i can get most things i need..fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables.There is a butchers on the premises that is very good.The store stocks quite a few English products such as Cereals, Chocolate, Sauces, Heinz baked beans, Heinz soups,and a good range of Branded hair products, toiletries and personal hygiene products.Algartalhos have a good range of wines, beers, spirits, waters.I also buy some of my cat food supplies there..a handy convenience store, friendly staff and they speak a little English.

Great fresh fruit, bread, butcher and lots of all good things to make your holidays great. If you find a place to sleep nearby, this is a must go to avoid taking out your car.
