One of my favorite pkaces in Porto
Great if you are nearby. Include it as a stop on your riverside walking. Also, just a bit upstream (300 metres) look at the remains of Estaleiro do Ouro ("Gold Shipyard"), an old abandoned shipyard on the right bank of the river, which owes its name to the shipments of gold arriving from Africa and Brazil during the times of the Portuguese Empire.
Bird watching by the Douro River. Perfect for a long walk, ride ou running.
