If you like traditional Portuguese food this place is a must - very local and friendly . I had a nice experience here :) The food was good and although Thier English , my Portuguese's is limited the staff made a good effort and helped me order . So no problems with my languages barrier

We ordered two plates of Bacalhau à Bras (Prato Peixe) and Caracois (escargot or Portuguese snails). The Bacalhau and Caracois dishes were delicious though a tat salty. Pricewise it more expensive than a similar meal in the centre of Caldas da Rainha, hence the three-star.
