LouzanPlace is centrally located in the town of Lousa, Portugal. I had the pleasure of staying in both units. Each were recently renovated, charming and cozy with everything you need no matter how long your stay. Not to mention impeccably clean. Pedro and his family were amazing hosts and always there to help. The town offers many cafes and restaurants and amazing scenery. Well mapped and maintained trails through the beautiful mountains offer options for all levels of hiking abilities. The historic castle, natural river pool (known as the Burgo or Nossa Sra da Piedade), and various other sites are well worth a visit. Day trips to the the Schist Villages are easy to make from this location. It's also near Coimbra and other quaint towns. I've traveled extensively and there is no one better at making you feel like you are at home while on vacation. I highly recommend it.
