I give Remax 1☆ for my opinion only. ..I,m talking totally generally, some are better than others (the estate agents and agents are polite) but many just don't seem to understand business ethics, running a business and informing and advising clients after a sale or after contracting with them including, punctuality and regular contact, also following up why you are not continuing the contract..proper businesses follow up why your not happy with them..not good at all. ie..Happy to sell, but not good at selling.. Be very careful buying abroad..take a long time considering..your far better purchasing a modernised, renovated or developed property..get a mortgage..its safer for costing as you can see what you can afford..and you shouldn't have the problems and worry of doing an unpredictable property up...you can budget far better without all the unseen expences and costs..lots and lots..people who buy run down, derelict; in other words..lots and lots and then lots more work and costs..reckon your costs and expences above the price of your property, that is plus, 10%, of property price for local charges..solicitors fees, agents fee..electric is expensive..water meters..now reckon your assessed costs to do up the property..now times that by 2 at least..most probably 3 times and more if you want a proper property with double glazing..proper heating..luvly kitchen etc etc etc and etc..then selling "start at the top of the page" ha!

We mainly dealt with Lisa Beale. She is English, although her Portuguese is excellent. She not only sold us a house, she helped us with settling in documentation and found us tradesmen. A service beyond compare, thank you so very much.
