Intermarche is the best without any doubt. It is the most visited supermarket in Portugal, by us obviously. Ha ha

This is an ok supermarket - all the staples, dependable, but nothing flash!

Surprisingly for an Intetmarche there is a poor level of stock and choice. For a lunch time snack the indoor cafe is hopeless in choice and the service bad. Perhaps they think they don't need to bother too much if the competition is not there.
