We had a lovely relaxing week at Quinta Sarnadela. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay; a well equipped kitchen, plentiful hot water, and wood burning stoves in the kitchen and sitting room which made the place very warm and cosy. We had our own outdoor eating and sitting area, with the use of the large garden walled garden which was great for the dog. Matt is a welcoming and very accommodating host, helping where he can, giving us information on local restaurants and walks, and he also kept us supplied with lovely fresh eggs from the hens in the garden. The house is in a peaceful area but is only a short drive to the nearest town. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I can highly recommend this place. It's cosy, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Located in a beautiful landscape and a lush green garden. Matt is a wonderful host, very friendly and you'll feel welcome immediately. If you need something, just say it and he'll do the best he can to help you. It was such a nice experience for me that I will definitely come back !

Great and cosy accommodation, with a super nice and courteous host who gives you direct tips about the surroundings and activities. The wood stove makes your stay even more comfortable. Many thanks to Matthew for this great accommodation.

We spend à wonderfull we. Thé countryside je beautiful. You can take walk. There is à beautiful market in tabua. The garden is beautiful. Thé confort is excellent. We recommend.

Always a pleasure to visit here. Mathew, is an excellent host and canoe trip on the river a bonus!
