Quinta do Bento is an amazing value for money option. Besides its wonderful landscapes to Gerês, everything was perfect: super clean, nice environment, polite and very welcoming hosts. They also serve a sympathique dinner with nice choice of portuguese wine.

A little piece of Heaven in Vieira do Minho! First class comfortable rooms in a very cozy, welcoming, and friendly environment. Everything is perfect ! The hospitality is beyond expectations! I felt like I was part of the family. Not to mention the breathtaking view! In the summer, watch the astonishing sunset from your very own bedroom balcony ... in the winter, sip some warm tea or coffee, or have a glass of authentic Portuguese wine by the fireplace! Leave your stress behind and come try some of the Portuguese warm hospitality! It feels like home!

After booking one month in advance and reconfirming three times by phone we arrived after a 400 km drive to discover that the room was not what we had agreed on. Manager was not available and owner told us in an unpleasant manner that we should take it or leave, there were no other rooms available. While searching for alternative accommodation still on the premises we discovered that they still advertised vacancies for all types of room on the internet, with a 50% price increase.
