Very bad experience. We went to that hospital from Coimbra (where the brilliant local Hospital da Luz decided to have a whole team ob / gyn... but no maternity. The phone receptionist told us that everyone speaks English, which is a lie. When we went, on the day of the appointment, nobody spoke a lick of English, except one translator they had. People were rude, did not answer our concerns, ignored my wife, not giving us a follow up appointment (one of the reasons why we went there in the first place!!!). Finally, Dr. Henriques Fartura was extremely rude to me and my wife from the very first moment, to the end. He should retire.

After waiting for well over an hour, during which time we kept hearing the doctor was seeing a patient and we were next, we finally gave up. We cancelled our appointment and asked for a refund. At the mention of a refund, the staff suddenly had other things to do. This review only has to do with the internal Médica. Department. However, it really just adds to the overall problems. We will find another clinic.

A minha mãe foi operada no Hospital da Luz em Aveiro no dia 3 de Dezembro 2020, pelo Dr Carlos Pinho, fez uma prótese total da anca. A cirurgia correu muitíssimo bem e ao fim de quase 3 meses a minha mãe voltou a ser uma pessoa completamente autônoma e com vontade de viver...ela sofria muito com dores. Quero agradecer a todos os profissionais de saúde que foram incansáveis e de uma simpatia extrema...q quase já não existe! Em especial ao Dr. Carlos Pinho pelo excelente trabalho, profissionalismo e simpatia... bem haja a todos!
