Taverna o Bobo da Corte

Situated at the heart of the medieval castle (Castelo de Palmela) is this gem of a restaurant. Everything was spot on: the staff were super friendly & attentive and the food was fresh, delicious, well presented and reasonably priced. The cosy, traditional vibe is in keeping with the surroundings - there's outdoor seating too! The combination of visiting the castle, witnessing the beautiful panoramic views and this brilliant culinary experience makes for a great day out. A rare 5 stars from me - highly recommend!! 👏👏👏

Great tapas, the staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. It is located inside the walls of the castle and the ambience is very cool

Baby friendly. Just had lovely homemade pork and sweet potato dish and chestnut pudding. Excellent value and lovely service.
