Foreigners beware.....These guys will help you buy a property.......which is fine!....They do this quite well....! But the problem comes when they recommend a local builder! The builder is a crook and confidence trickster!.....He will rob you!....(and they will quite happily enable this!) One such builder is a guy called Marco from Setubal (Marquilandro Ferreira) (Prace ta Fernando Pessoa. No33 2900 364 Setubal.) (he now runs a painting business called Prestativa Servicos.... You have been warned. In any other country he would be in jail!) So beware.....find your own builder! Never give money in advance Avoid the scams

Trabalham bem e são profissionais. Pedem 2 rendas em arrendamento (outras ERA pedem 3). Mas pedem também sempre fiador...
