Great team..... The two Anas Hard working and good at their jobs Whether it be finding or selling property One caveat. Beware of rogue builders, They used to recommend a guy called Marco from Setubal.... (Marquilandro Ferreira) He turned out to be a crook and a con man.... Taking money in the 2% office... And disappearing without completing anything or installing any of the promised Windows and doors!.... Leaving our house uninhabitable for over a year!! I have heard of many such cases from the same con-man, since..... So beware, there are many builders in the area who will Rob you! (golden rule never give cash up front!) 2% however have since discovered this fraudster.... And no longer recommended him! I am quite sure they were cheated by him too! .... and can only recommend their services!
