I payed 7 euros to ruin my eyebrows. I waited 2 months to grow my eyebrows so I can go to the salon and now they destroied. I went there inside and a man that I am pretty sure he wasn't a specialist for eyebrows did mine in 8 minutes. They steal, they want money without working, and they don't care about the people. I hope they will go in hell.

Happy with the place. Too bad they don’t speak english. Friendly staff and you can show them a picture and they cut your hair after it. Came here 4 or 5 times already. I recommend.

This place gave me and my boyfriend the WORST HAIRCUTS WE EVER HAD. They are over priced and very unprofessional. My hair is long and straight, which usually makes it super easy to work with - or so I thought. Walking out of the salon, it looked like somebody chopped it of with an axe rather than gave it a proper haircut. Normally hairdressers cut your hair in layers, but at this place they just cut around my head once. Also, my hair was way shorter than I wanted it to be and the whole procedure was done with a zero-motivation attitude. My boyfriend has curly hair, which sometimes presents a challenge to hairdressers. However, the guy in the shop just cut around his head in a straight line and then blow-dried it, which gave it kind of a clown-hairstyle effect. Absolutely terrible. The staff at Alana's clearly have no idea what they are doing. Both haircuts took about 10minutes max., which sets their price at 1€ per minute. For the same price (or even less) you can easily get a professional haircut by a top stylist. We will never go to Alana's again and would not recommend it to anyone else either.
