I had today an appointment at 7.15 pm and it was already closed when I arrived.

Booked a last minute appointment to dye my hair and they were available which was very useful. Unfortunately as I have curly hair it requires a special styling with diffusor and styling products. The hairstylist applied a moisturiser cream and his colleague shouted from upstairs that the cream had no styling properties , fortunately I had my own product with me. After that, I’ve been informed I should pay an extra amount of money to dry and style my hair! As a client I’d have prefered to know it in advance. While paying the bill, I come to know that the extra payment was due only for straightening. As a result of the miscommunication amongst staff, I left with wet hair :( Unpleasant Cannot recommend! Sorry guys! * I had to review my rating In response to your reply. As you can read above I had booked a last minute appointment to dye my hair. When I called in the morning I said specifically I wanted to do the colouring. It was never supposed to be a brushing. The brushing issue came up only when the miscommunication of the staff made everything confused... I only offered my own diffusor as your professional was drying my hair with a normal hairdryer. And only applied my own styling cream as the one your professional used had no styling properties as one of your staff said. Unfortunately you guys are not only unprepared to communicate with clients efficiently, but also apparently you're unable to respond to a criticism in a positive and gentle way.
