My sister went there twice for a simple haircut, just cutting it straight with the lenght by her shoulders. The first time they put a ton of hair gel without her asking, which made her hair look very greasy. The second time they cut her hair very short, above her neck, and gave her very short bangs. This is a travesty, she was crying all the way home!! We will NEVER go there again!!!
