Yellow Bus Tours - Lisboa

In most cities, my family wouldn't choose to opt for this service. However, we are glad we chose Yellow Bus Tours for our time in Lisbon. It's the perfect way to hit a ton of spots and it's accessible from many points in the beautiful city. The "bus" tour doesn't just include the buses, but also the trams and boats which make for a great experience. Without the service, it would've been very tough to get to many of the places that we did from where we were staying. The only gripe we had was that some of the routes were very long and at times a little boring, especially if we were only interested in very few of the stops or the time between stops were long. Overall, it was a great investment to make to tour the city.

We have taken 4 in one option with 2x bus tour, tram and boat. Tram was the best, then boat but only 1 way (back it was boring), modern city bus route is not worth it. Second bus was quite nice but not much comment on what you see around so you were mainly enjoying listening to fado.

Lost my glasses on a bus and they kindly sent them back to me internationally.

Pity we were kot well informed when buying a ticket (Lisbon). Later we discovered the route we wanted to take only had 1 bus every two hours. Without any way to trace the bus its more a waiting day than hop on & off

Bit of a mixed experience, the tram ride was brilliant and our Driver made it an unforgetable interesting and fun experience, however: The bus frequency isn't great and the first stop of the boat tour wasn't where it was advertised with no signage or anything there to point us in the right direction of the new stop, and some staff was also a bit unfriendly. Others were really nice and helpful though, so it's a bit of a hit and miss!
