2ª Conservatória do Registo Predial de Cascais

You need to book an appointment before you can go to their office - but no one is answering the phone!!!!! After 20+ phone calls finally some one is answering - just to immediately hang up on me! This institution is an absolute joke and the worst example of Portuguese bureaucracy!!!!

They were 1 hour late for our appointment, and they made us wait outside in the glaring sun and heat with our newborn baby. It took 5 visits to this office just to get her birth registered and then they sent the documents to the wrong address. Burocracy in portugal makes me want to scream.

Os empregados da Conservatória de Cascais devem todos estar a dormir. Há quase 1 hora que tento entrar em contato telefónico e ninguém atende.!! É uma vergonha de um serviço público!!!!

1a Conservatória do R Predial de Cascais. Atendimento super impecável, rápido e objetivo. Sem marcação levantei CC e obtive passaporte em menos de 30 minutos às 14h30.. Funcionárias muito profissionais e sempre com um sorriso nos lábios. Adorei uma vez mais.
