No one honest is in charge. This goes all the way from Manager Anabela Brites to the top to Arnaud Benoit. AGS signed a contract, took my things, and did not pay the storage subcontractor holding my things in another country for over a year. I have already paid the subcontractor over $10,000 in storage. AGS began demanding I pay them a 70% fee on the storage, and are demanding almost $7,000 more - for nothing and in violation of all contracts and initial instructions. My contract has no provision for storage fees, and I have paid AGS all they are due until shipping, according to our contract. AGS has threatened and insulted me, and pressured their subcontractor to threaten and insult me. AGS has even threatened to auction off all my things, which include a Lexus car. I They are behaving against all laws, to take unfair advantage. Arnaud Benoit has been copied in since October and only encouraged his Manager to step up the pressure on me.
