An order made more than 30 days ago has still not arrived. They already provided 4 different dates and customer support keeps giving robotic answers. Why keep giving different dates if you are not sure when the product going to arrive and the “manufacturer, pandemic “ excuse is not a valid one. I would understand a delay or a different date provided but 4? Just say that the product is out of stock and you can’t provide a date. Guess I will make Jeff Bezos richer.

Would be great if someone would answer the phones. It's just easier to go there than to phone....

From the order/buy perspective it is excellent, good prices, fast service. The area where they could improve is the other services (repairs, installing hardware, ...). I am a regular client and I've learned that it is pointless to get those types of services there, I always have to comeback more than once because something was not well done or because they miss understood what I said.

Friendly service. Good amount of brands to choose from.
