Update: Went to get my phone fixed when I returned to Canada. Turns out the employees at Telejacob took components out of my phone (screws, plates, etc.) and damaged it even further (one of the microphones no longer worked). Thanks Telejacob for the ethical and great service! Went to get a screen replacement for iPhone SE. Paid 100 euros, waited about 45 minutes. Noticed after that dust was in the back camera, and the front camera was not centered. Went back the next day to ask them to center it, was told it would take 2-5 minutes. Waited 1 hour 15 min minutes and the camera was still not centered and now there was dust in the front camera. Asked them to clean out the dust. Waited another hour after being told it would only take a moment. Dust was cleaned but camera was not centered still - total waste of time. Very unprofessional, not worth the 100 euros. This is my first review and I had to post given the dissatisfaction. I would recommend not going to this store. Staff are friendly yet unprofessional in my opinion.
