Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Fetal

Small sanctuary with adjoining cemetery. On the main altar there is a copy of the venerated statue of the Madonna. The legend tells of the multiplication of loaves in the chest of a poor family of local shepherds by a beautiful lady who would have requested the construction of a chapel. As a sign, a statue representing the Madonna and Child was found at the place of the lady's apparition, still much revered and carried in procession.
